优化板材开料技术，实现
单机到整线的协同升级
随着定制家居消费意愿与需求快速增长，全屋定制对加工精度、多品类小批量柔性制造、板材省
料排样、自动化连续生产均有严苛要求，传统板材开料模式已难以匹配。优化板材开料技术将有
利于增强柔性制造能力并综合提升板材利用率，同时进一步推动木工行业向数字化、智能化转

With the rapid growth of consumer willingness and demand for customized home furnishings, whole-house customization imposes
stringent requirements on machining precision, multi-category small-batch flexible manufacturing, material-saving panel nesting, and
automated continuous production. The traditional panel sizing approach is no longer able to meet these demands. Optimizing panel sizing
technology will help enhance flexible manufacturing capabilities and comprehensively improve panel utilization, while further driving the
woodworking industry toward digital and intelligent transformation.
